Works under the responsibility of the station manager
Be in contact with and assist passengers
Edit boarding pass if necessary
Inform about the organization of boarding
Find out about passengers requiring assistance (unaccompanied minors, disabled people, etc.)
Send forecasts to the board
Can coordinate the activity of a team of station agents
Solve the problem and sell suitable solutions
Know how to manage the cash register
Can proceed with the boarding/disembarkation of vehicles
Transmit the necessary information to the administrative team.
